Interview with RUFF Bantam weight Champion Irshaad Sayed

This interview happened a few weeks ago, but have been super busy of late and catching up my posts this week. Irshaad has been fighting Muaythai/kickboxing since the age of 16. He is a South African Muaythai & Kickboxing champion as well. He has made the cross over to MMA and is training out of Evolve Gym in Singapore now and recently won the Title Belt for China’s only MMA promotion RUFF. So lets have a listen to what he had to say
