An interview with Ugandan Muaythai Champion: Umar “The Pain” Semata

I recently had the opportunity to meet (via Skype) Umar Semata. Umar is from Uganda where his coach has built the only Muaythai in the country. Umar is a super friendly guy with a lot of passion for the art of Muaythai and looks to be really going places. He recently fought for the WBC title belt against Australian Rhys Windysport. So have a listen to what he had to say about some of his bigger fights against guys like Sanchai & Andrei Kulebin and how he got into Muaythai.
